Insurance

Have you looked into insurance yet?  It was a bit of a struggle in 2022 (the last time we did the race) and is providing at least as hard this time.  I've got a broker looking into it and it looks like we'll have to go with a European company, if it's even possible. We're working on filling out the form so she can shop it, but would love to know if you have secured insurance and from what carrier.

FWIW, we are a 3 owner partnership which slightly complicates things. Some insurers won't cover more than two partners.  We have a carbon rig, which can also complicate things.

Insurance can be a real challenge.  I have had good success with Chris Deaver in Santa Cruz, but the key is to get started on that.  You are allowed to race without insurance, but your appetite for risk may not support that.
